1. Who handles your data?

2. The enquiry form

The form uses the first name, last name, email address, phone number and order type you provide. When “Send enquiry” appears, your details are sent through the website server and Resend to Denito’s Yahoo mailbox. When “Open email” appears, the form prepares a draft in your email application for you to send yourself.

The content of your enquiry is not stored in the website database or in browser local storage. Copies and delivery information may be retained by email services under their terms and in Denito’s mailbox.

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, clarify order terms and communicate with you about it. Processing is based on considering your request before an agreement and, where an agreement is made, performing it. We may need to keep relevant documentation for other applicable obligations.

You can email us directly without using the form. Without sufficient contact details, we may be unable to respond.

Email newsletter

Email newsletter registration is not active. This website has no newsletter signup form. Sending an order enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

3. Technical data and cookies

This website does not include Google Analytics, advertising pixels or other marketing tools. Images, video and fonts are served by the website hosting service. No account is required to view the public website.

Hosting providers may process technical data, such as your IP address, browser and request time, to serve and protect the website. Infrastructure services may use necessary security cookies; the website code does not set marketing cookies.

To limit spam, we use counters and hashed identifiers derived from IP addresses. Full IP addresses are not stored in these counters. Counters expire within a day; after an additional day, they are gradually removed during subsequent requests. This protection is based on our interest in website security.

4. Who may receive your data?

Emails you send us are processed by Denito and the email services used to send and receive them. Our contact mailbox is on Yahoo. This website is served through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure.

These providers operate internationally and data may be processed outside Albania, including in the United States. Locations, retention periods and transfer mechanisms depend on the service and the provider’s applicable terms.

Email delivery service

When automatic sending is active, we use Resend to deliver your enquiry to our mailbox. Resend processes the content, addresses and technical delivery data. See Resend’s privacy policy. We do not automatically send marketing messages or confirmation copies to the address you enter.

5. How long is data kept?

Ordinary email enquiries are kept for as long as needed for communication, up to 12 months after it ends, and then deleted. They may be deleted earlier when no longer needed.

Documents relating to orders, invoices or legal obligations are kept for the periods required by applicable law. Where a document is needed for a dispute, it is kept only as long as necessary to handle it and meet the relevant statutory time limits.

This website does not automatically delete emails. Denito applies this rule in its own mailbox. Copies in your email account and providers’ systems are handled under their own rules.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request information and access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or data portability, and object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it.
